![]() ![]() i do not have the steam version, i have a really old cd with shogun warlord edition and i managed to make it work in window mode. This morning, after a reboot with windows updates, the situation is slightly different: the steam menu keep saying that I have video drivers not updated, the game is still working without DxWnd, but if I run DxWnd something strange happens: if I run the game from Steam, it crashes, if I run it from the DxWnd menu or simply double clicking Medieval_TW.exe it works.ġ) i have DXWnd version 2.03.84.fx1 and i am on windows 7 64. I wonder if Steam people did anything in the meanwhile: whoever has problems may compare its product release with mine (in the main menu page there's a "v2.01 pe") and check for game updates? ![]() I may try to fix that, just in case someone is interested. After the Steam download, I tried to run the game on Win10 and it WORKED PERFECTLY! So, now, what should I repair?Īctually, it works pretty much ok also with DxWnd in windowized mode (but with so many troops on the screen one may wonder why it should be useful to reduce the game size!) apart from a mouse disalignement that works as if the window was on top-left corner. What a misfortune! I knew I was doing something useless. ![]()
